Meet Ludo. I’m not happy with the blue… and I let them boys talk me into a little more gore than I think I’m happy with… and now that I’m seeing these very bad photos I’m not really happy with the paint job at all… except for some of the battle damage. Ah well. It is a learning process. Now Imma paint my Big Mek, Nuttbusta and his grease grot lootas… the truk is taking longer to put together than I expected… I remember models having written instructions… for some reason these total picture diagram things boggle me… however, I won’t give up. I may be old, but I’m having a fun time with these! Gonna make sure I stick to the steam punk theme though… like that much better than all the paint!

This Saturday marks the 25th anniversary of Warhammer 40k, which is sort of a big deal if you’re male between the ages of 13 and 60 who digs sci-fi violence and the sweet, seductive scent of acrylic paint.
